Broccoli microgreens: a delicate green that is a superfood powerhouse. These greens are mild in taste, similar to the full-grown broccoli vegetable. However, the microgreen version contains 100 times more Sulforfane (a cancer-fighting compound) than the full-grown vegetable. Along with Sulforfane, these greens contain high levels of Vitamins A and C, Magnesium, and Calcium.

Find us at the Port Dover Lions Silver Lake Market Saturdays from 8am-1pm year round.
